A 29-year-old man was taped using the code language Pig Latin to organise reprisal gangs the day after the Cronulla riots, a Sydney court heard today.

Jeffrey Ismail, from Greenacre, pleaded guilty in Bankstown court this morning to two charges of using a mobile phone to menace, harass or offend on the day after the riots, December 12, 2005.

That day, Ismail made a series of calls rallying people to grab weapons and go to Lakemba, and later, to join a convoy heading to Cronulla, a police statement tendered to Bankstown Local Court said ...

He was recorded making a number of calls recruiting "troops" and organising a convoy of vehicles.

"F---in', get knives with you ... " Ismail said to his contact, "Morris".

He later told him: "We're in the line, we're in the line, but listen!

"We organise it properly everyone parks next to each other and everyone jumps [unintelligible] that everyone takes off. Leave no man behind. I repeat. No man behind."
